    Mtawarira produced a man-of-the-match performance in demolishing the veteran England and Lions prop, who was replaced by Adam Jones after just 44 minutes of the encounter in Durban.     This emerged late on Thursday after a marathon meeting between doctors, Congress of SA Trade Unions (Cosatu) president Sdumo Dlamini and SA Medical Association (Sama) representatives at the Nelson Mandela School of Medicine in Durban.
